Just follow the simple steps below and throw your worry in dustbean.
1>Download netqin mobile guard
2>Install it
3>Disable start up of  Kaspersky mobile security in netqin
4>Open apps.manager in mobile guard
5>Uninstall kms
I promise it will works for you dears.
Note:The above tutorial is tested on Symbian and android smartphones
